Can I create the templates myself?

Can the system include data from the last conversation?

Can the system give me an overview of where I am in the process?
You may well have several processes going on at the same time with different people, so it's useful to have an overview of where, for example, one department is in relation to another. This gives you a visual overview at a glance.
Can the system send out invitation emails itself?
Nej – du skal som administrator trykke på kuverten (en eller alle) for at igangsætte processen.
Can the system itself send reminder emails?
Ja – systemet sender selv reminder ud til både lederen og medarbejderen, hvis de ikke overholder de fastlagte deadlines.
Automatic updating of personal data?
Ja – så snart både lederen og medarbejderen har underskrevet, arkiveres og gemmes data automatisk på personen i Employee Center.
Can I delete a sample project?

Is there a limit to how many people can be in the employee database?
Nej – du har som udgangspunkt ubegrænset antal, og du betaler for det antal personer du har i systemet.
Do I also pay for terminated employees?
A big part of securing data according to GDPR is ensuring that you delete employees when the limitation period is over - so you pay for the people until you delete them.
Can I create new fields for the system myself?
Yes - you have admin rights and can view, customize, add and delete.
Who can see and correct?
The starting point is that all employees have a level of access, some are general employees, others managers and others can be super users. There may be some who can see across the organization, for example, in a specific field. You decide which roles can see and not see, which can correct and not correct.
Can I create an organizational chart?
Yes, all employees are assigned a "chair" in the organization chart so you first see the department chart, and then you can go into a department and see the "chairs" - it's printable.
Can I pull statistics?
Yes, you can extract statistics on all the fields you have set up.
Can I do Benchmark?

Yes, we work with both an onboarding and a preboarding program. Preboarding is for all the practical things that need to happen when starting internally. Whereas onboarding is more related to the employee's own program.

No, you pay an amount per person per month. This way you can make unlimited measurements.
Who can I measure?

how do I get people into the system?
You can either type them in or, as we recommend, upload an Excel file with the names in it. We have developed a demo file that makes it easy to use and upload.
what does the extract look like?
You can choose between a graphical presentation with several different layouts or make extracts in Excel.
Can I get the reports automatically?

Can I add the manager to the project?
You can add as many as you like, as long as they are registered as a user in HRM-Nordic.
Is it possible to send an email from the system - e.g. an email regarding candidates for review?

is hrm nordic gdpr compliant?
Yes, we make great efforts to support and comply with GDPR - for example, we have a CV Database where candidates can edit and delete their information themselves. After 5 months, candidates receive an email stating that they need to take an active action to remain in the CV Database. This is a great security for our users.
Can I pay per project?
Yes, of course, we try to customize solutions to what suits you best. Give us a call and we'll find a solution.
Can I have departmentalized ads?
Yes, you can manage it by departments, but also by who has the rights to manage and view the different job postings.
