At the same time, an EU directive makes it a legal requirement for all organizations with more than 50 employees to have a whistleblower scheme.

At the same time, we ensure, through an independent external lawyer, that investigations can be conducted and maintain a safe and protected dialog with the complainant as well as your contact persons without the risk of incorrectly sharing personal data or other confidential or sensitive information.
As an organization, you can choose whether you make your whistleblower portal accessible via a restricted intranet or an open website.
As a starting point, we recommend making the whistleblower portal available on the organization's website via HRM-Nordic so that, for example, business partners can use the system.
The contact persons will be able to see that a new report has been created via HRM-Nordic as soon as the whistleblower has reported it in the Whistleblower Portal. However, it will not be possible to access the case until the lawyer has investigated the case and assigned it to one of the contact persons. The other contacts will not be able to access the case if the case is assigned to another contact, but they can see that there is a report.
The whistleblower portal gives the associated contact persons in the organization an overview of the number of reports in total and by category, the number of reports per month, and the average processing time per report. In addition, each case handler can see the number of cases they have been assigned.
The whistleblower portal ensures that the whistleblower can remain anonymous. When a report is made, the system generates a randomized password that must be used to access the case later. Neither the lawyer nor the organization that makes the whistleblower portal available to employees etc. can see who the whistleblower is unless the whistleblower chooses to report or change their status to "Confidential", giving the lawyer access to the whistleblower's contact information.
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). User access for case managers at the lawyer and contacts at the organization is protected with two-factor validation.
It costs DKK 9,600 excl. VAT per year to have the whistleblower portal at HRM-Nordic. The price includes set-up, access to the whistleblower portal and a document package containing policy, personal data policy, GDPR list, poster for internal awareness and the initial assessment of whether reports fall within or outside the scope of the whistleblower scheme.
The actual case handling for a case that falls within the scope of the whistleblower scheme is settled according to time spent with the lawyer.

Once the registration process is completed and approved by us, you will receive a link to the whistleblower portal that can be placed on your intranet or website.
