Under criteria and job requirements, you can specify which skills are required from the applicant. For example, you may need to be able to speak and write German or have a driver's license to be able to perform the position. Finally, you have the opportunity to ask critical yes/no questions to the applicant to clarify whether the applicant has the necessary competencies. Completing these yes/no questions is optional, but it can help you weed out applicants who don't have the necessary skills.

Share the job posting

When you create and publish a job posting through HRM-Nordic Recruitment, you have the option to automatically share the job post on social media. Of course, you also have the option to display the job posting on your own website.
