The recruitment system ensures a streamlined recruitment process, which creates an overview of applicants and job postings and complies with the Personal Data Ordinance in relation to the storage of personal data.

HRM-Nordic recruiting makes the recruitment process easier.
The system stores all the applications, where you can then screen and segment to find the candidates you want for an interview. These are called directly from the system.
The candidates who have said YES to your CV database are now automatically in your own CV Database – these will automatically receive an e-mail about the extension, cf. GDPR.
After receiving the candidates, you can ask the managers to give their assessment and send an invitation to do so directly from HRM-Nordic Recruiting.
After conducting interviews and selection, the system can also be time-saving when rejections are sent. You can tailor a rejection template to each job – and send rejections to many at the same time.
Your own CV database makes it possible to find future candidates who have shown interest in your organization. We always recommend browsing the CV database before looking for a position, as it can be very resource-saving to find the new colleague in the CV database.
