As a user of the HRM-Nordic Masterdata area – which we call the Employee Center – you get the opportunity as a superuser to be able to:

  • Create fields on the employee card
  • Choose who should have the rights to view and edit.
  • Prepare an organization overview.
  • Prepare department overview
  • Easily move departments and positions around the organization chart.
  • Set requirements for each position in the organization
  • Be able to compare and extract a report on the difference between the employee’s competence and the requirement for a position – a STRONG basis for development.
  • Be able to extract reports on department/organization competencies.
  • Easy and intuitive for the employee, which means that the Employee Center can be used as an Intranet for the company
  • Remind when you have set a resignation date for an employee – e.g., on deleting data.
  • You can choose to complete login with a 2-factor system (SMS code)
