Ongoing employee interviews

HRM-Nordic Development is for handling, managing, and developing your employees. This provides an ongoing dialogue between managers and employees to ensure continuous development.

With the tool, you can build your own conversation templates for each employee, team, or department. Send the agenda and obtain acceptance from the employee before the interview to prepare both parties.

The HR system meets the stricter international requirements for handling and storing employee data, entering into force with the new EU 2018 Personal Data Regulation.

Create templates for employee interviews

You can create as many employee templates as you want – it’s easy to create fields, select fields from the employee cards.

You set up e.g. deadlines, for example.

  • Date of completion

HRM-Nordic makes sure to send reminders to the employee and the manager so that the process runs.

As the person in charge, you will always be able to see how far everyone is in the process. You will easily get this overview visually.

Conducting employee evaluation

The  interviews are carried out by the manager and the employees preparing online in the system. The manager can then call for interviews. When the conversation starts, the manager and the employee will be able to see both comments out of the  form. The agreement is entered in the manager’s version – and finally, the manager and the employee approve the final version.

In the final version of the employee interviews, reminders can be specified in focus areas so that the manager receives an email about the employee in his mailbox, e.g., about “Today’s date you have agreed to talk about project management course for you” This means that we put power to the process and help implement the agreed.

After both the manager and the employee have approved the final version – the employee’s data is automatically updated on the employee card.
