Ongoing employee interviews

HRM-Nordic Development is for handling, managing, and developing your employees. It ensures ongoing dialogue between managers and employees and results in continuous development.

Using the tool, you can build your own conversation templates for each employee, team, or department. Send the agenda and obtain acceptance from the employee before the interview in order that both parties are well prepared.

The HR system meets the stricter international requirements for handling and storing employee data, entering into force with the new EU 2018 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Create templates for employee interviews

You can create as many employee templates as you want – it’s easy to create fields, and select fields from the employee cards.

You set up e.g. deadlines, for example.

  • Deadline for preparation
  • Last start date for the conversations
  • Date of completion

HRM-Nordic sends out reminders to the employee and the manager insuring that the process runs as intended.

As the person in charge, you will always be able to see how far everyone is in the process. This overview is always available and is visually displayed.

Conducting employee evaluations

Interviews takes place with the manager and the employee preparing for the meeting online in the system. The manager can then summon the empoyee for an interview. When the interview starts, the manager and the employee will be able to see comments on the  form. The agreement is entered in the manager’s version – and finally, the manager and the employee approve the final version.

In the final version of the employee interviews, reminders can be specified in focus areas so that the manager receives an email about the employee in his inbox, for example: “Today you agreed to talk about project management course for you” This means that we put power to the process and help implement the agreed.

After the manager and the employee have approved the final version, the employee’s data is automatically updated on the employee card.
