E-signing / digital signature
The e-signing module is a stand-alone module in the HRM-Nordic HRM System, and makes it easy to sign important documents online with a digital signature. We work with Pionneo, which helps to ensure a smooth and easy workflow.
Use the E-signing / contract signature module in connection with, for example, consent, employment contracts, payslips, and all other documents where there it is neccessary or desirable for the employee to provide a digital signature.
The module is compatible with Recruiting and Employee Center, as information about the employee can be obtained from both solutions. Signed documents can be saved on the employee’s card in the Employee Center.

Create a contract template with the predefined information
2. Employee
Select the employee to sign the contract
3. Verify
Verify the employee's information online
4. Signature
The contract is sent for perusal and digital signing
