HRM-Nordic er en del af det danske selskab HR Solutions ApS, som blev stiftet i 2007 af Kurt Lausen. Platformen indeholder virksomhedens løsninger som er udviklet sammen med SMV virksomheder i Danmark.HRM-Nordic is part of the Danish company HR Solutions ApS, which was founded in 2007 by Kurt Lausen. The platform contains the company's solutions which have been developed together with SME companies in Denmark.

Modular HRM system

HRM-Nordic is an international online-based HR platform, consisting of several solutions that can be used both separately or as one complete system.

The HR system consists of an intuitive recruitment system, a flexible employee database with an onboarding module, a follow-up tool for KPIs and focuses areas, as well as a development tool for ongoing dialogue between managers, employees, and teams.

HR Solutions is a well-established company in the Danish market with over 300 customers and a broad product portfolio within HR and the development of employees, teams, and managers, including Extended DISC, Cognitive Testing, and Situational Management.

HRM-Nordic i has been developed by the Danish company HR Solutions ApS, in collaboration with several international partners and customers.

An international system in constant development

Together with our partners, we have continuously developed the system to support the functions and needs required of such a system.

HRM-Nordic is developed every month according to your wishes by our development team. The system is largely developed to support the EU Data Regulation, which entered into force on 25/5 2018.
